Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need to make changes to your appointment. In order to allow us ample time to replace your booking, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you don’t attend or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited or a cancellation fee from $115 will be incurred.

If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please give us a call on 1300 181 000 as soon as possible and our friendly team will be more than happy to assist you!

Saturday Surcharge

As more and more salons are closing Saturdays, we have decided to remain open but to reward our team with higher pay rates on Saturdays. To help support this and ensure the business is viable to open Saturdays there is a small 5% surcharge applied to the service portion of appointments on this day of the week. We thank you for understanding.

1. Gold Coast

11/2669 Gold Coast Highway, Broadbeach. The best place to park is in the Meriton retail parking (entrance on Surf Parade) – we recommend to book ahead of time to reserve your spot as it will be cheaper for you (a flat rate of $4)

2. Brisbane

9 Doggett Street, Fortitude Valley. The best place to park is in the secure parking lot at the Calile Hotel (directly opposite the salon) – we recommend to book ahead of time to reserve your spot as it will be cheaper for you (hourly parking rates or $25 all day)

3. Melbourne

61 Toorak Road, South Yarra. The best place to park is in the Macfarlan Street Garage (32 Macfarlan Street, directly opposite the salon) which has hourly parking or an all day rate of $9.60

4. Sydney

230 Glenmore Road, Paddington. There is street parking along Glenmore Road and down Goodhope Street. If you would like a secure parking lot, the nearest is the Gordon Car Park (1B Newcombe Street, Paddington – roughly a 10 minute walk) – we recommend to book ahead of time to reserve your spot as it will be cheaper for you (hourly parking rates or a $25 all day)
