Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need to make changes to your appointment. In order to allow us ample time to replace your booking, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you don’t attend or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited or a cancellation fee from $115 will be incurred.
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please give us a call on 1300 181 000 as soon as possible and our friendly team will be more than happy to assist you!
Saturday Surcharge
As more and more salons are closing Saturdays, we have decided to remain open but to reward our team with higher pay rates on Saturdays. To help support this and ensure the business is viable to open Saturdays there is a small 5% surcharge applied to the service portion of appointments on this day of the week. We thank you for understanding.
