Celebrating Our Incredible Staff: EH Annual Conference and Gala

At Emilly Hadrill Hair & Extension, we firmly believe that our success is driven by the exceptional talent and dedication of our staff. They are the heartbeat of our business, constantly striving for excellence and making a difference in the lives of our clients. To express our gratitude and celebrate their remarkable achievements, we recently hosted an unforgettable Staff Gala that was nothing short of magical.

After flying in our staff from our four salons across the country, the Conference began with a day of engaging education led by our own very own leading stylists. We believe in the power of continuous learning, and what better way to educate our team… after all, who does what we do better than us? Our stylists delved into various aspects of our salon services, from consultations to colour, extension application, cutting, and styling techniques. The results? Two incredible transformations on our live models AND some very educated and inspired stylists.

That night, the staff got glammed up for the highly anticipated awards night, themed Hollywood Glamour Masquerade Ball. It was an evening dedicated to recognising and rewarding the outstanding contributions of our exceptional staff. The night included a delicious 3 course meal, champagne, a recap of the year and a reflection on all the achievements.

There was laughter, tears of joy, and of course some dancing.

The award criteria were thoughtfully designed to recognise individual achievements, with prizes ranging from $1000 to $5000. Our annual award winners included Ty Edmanson (Brisbane) as Apprentice of the Year, Lucy Spicer (Sydney) as Stylist of the Year, Jennifer Jackson (Sydney) as Extensionist of the Year, Sydney as Salon of the Year, and Cassidy Guest (National Operations Manager) as Ambassador of the Year. 

The final day started with a delicious buffet breakfast, followed by a rejuvenating beach walk and stretch. The team then attended a workshop with the inspiring guest speaker Ryan Tucker. Renowned as the number one coach for ethical sales in the world, Ryan graced the stage and shared his invaluable insights with our team. As one half of the Shark Tank victors at SWISH Sales Coaching Training, Ryan brought a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to the event, leaving the attendees motivated and empowered to elevate their skills and deliver exceptional client experiences.

The conference concluded with a lovely lunch by the pool before we loaded everyone back onto the bus and to their rightful salons.

That’s a wrap for another year… We are incredibly proud of our team and the impact they make on a daily basis. Their passion and expertise are what sets us apart in the industry, and we look forward to many more exciting milestones as we continue to push the boundaries of excellence together.
