I was recommended by a friend of mine. She had her extensions done by Emilly and always raved about the salon. I am so happy I chose Emilly Hadrill as I find the quality of the hair is beautiful and has lasted such a long time.

 

How did you find the advice you received from the team about your hair extensions?
The information about how to care for and maintain my hair extensions was clear and easy to follow. I’ve been using my clip ins on photo shoots (in and out of the water) and have kept them looking amazing using the guidance and advice from Emilly Hadrill staff.

How did you find the treatment process?
From the moment I walk into the salon i am greeted with friendly staff and well looked after throughout my appointments. The staff are fun, polite, efficient and make sure I leave the salon happy with my results.

Why did you choose Emilly Hadrill for your hair extensions?
I originally did some research into the different type of hair extensions available as I have very fine, blonde hair. The website had some fantastic information on the extensions available. I called the salon and they were extremely helpful and took the time in answering all my questions about the extension process, types, costs and how it would look and feel in my hair. Fast forward 5 years later, and I am still a regular client of the salon and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

How did you find the advice you received from the team about your hair extensions?
The advice is second to none! They explain the types of hair extensions available in detail, the bonding processes and the positives and negatives of each, as well as all the products, brushes and maintenance required or advisable, so you can make an informed decision as to which extension process suits you best. Emilly and her team are also always abreast of the latest extension techniques and ancillary products, so as new products and techniques becomes available, they inform you on those techniques and products. Emilly often tests new products personally, so she has first hand experience on how well a particular process or product works.

 

How did you find the treatment process?
The girls at the salon are all trained by Emilly to the highest standard. I have never had any issues with any of the girls that have treated my hair, and the extensions are always perfectly placed. I have also recently started having my hair colour treatments at Emilly’s salon, and couldn’t be more happier with the results they achieve. All the girls are always so friendly, and each a visit to the salon is an extremely enjoyable experience.

 

What did you and your friends think about your complete treatment?
Actually, a fair majority of my friends don’t know that I have hair extensions! I don’t tell people unless the subject comes up. No one has ever picked out and asked me if I have extensions, and to be honest, I forget that I even have them in most of the time. They feel like my own hair and I wouldn’t feel the same without them. Of those friends and family that do know about my extensions, they think they are amazing. My sister was so impressed with the quality of my hair extensions; she is now a Emily Hadrill regular client.

 

How did you find the support your received from the salon to maintain your hair extensions?
I have never really had many problems with my hair extensions, but on the odd occasion where I have needed an extension replaced, or moved, the girls have been more than happy to help and fit me in. I can call the salon anytime and the girls will chat with me about any questions or concerns I may have. The girls at the salon have made the maintenance schedule for my extensions so easy for me. I rebook in advance after each maintenance and they send reminders and calendar appointments by email and sms, so I never forget.

 

What would you say to someone else thinking about using Emilly Hadrill?
Don’t even think about using anyone else! Simple! They are the best!!

Why did you choose Emilly Hadrill for your hair extensions?
I had been going to the same hair & makeup artist for about three years, & she did my extensions. She decided to stop & concentrate on makeup, so I needed to find someone else. I was extremely nervous, as like any girl, my hair is so important to me & I feel really goes along way in my confidence levels! My hair & makeup artist suggested Emilly to me & so I decided to do a little research. There was absolutely no negative media or comments about Emilly & her business, & when I looked up the website, it was extremely professional, well designed & the whole business just oozed a level of meticulousness that I just knew I could trust.

How did you find the advice you received from the team about your hair extensions?
The advice I received was on a whole other level. My mum was a hairdresser until she had us kids & so growing up with a hairdresser mum – I know a lot about hair & what’s good; what’s not. The girls at EHHE knew their stuff inside & out & we’re always confident in the advice they gave. Hearing what they had to say & how confident they were in their knowledge; made me trust them even more, & quickly.

 

How did you find the treatment process?
I have LOVED every treatment process I have ever had at EHHE! I literally feel like their MOST IMPORTANT client EVERY time I walk in. As soon as I walk in, ALL the girls greet me with a big smile & hello – even the ones already with a client. I have never ever waited for my stylist; I’m always taken straight to the chair & immediately offered everything from champagne, tea, coffee, etc. I love how gentle the girls are with my hair & how long they massage my head for (& it’s absolutely incredible!) when I’m getting it washed/a treatment. These girls took me from the blackest of black that I have been for over a decade; to a gorgeous ombré brown in one day!

 

How did you find the support you received from the salon to maintain your hair extensions?
Without fail, I receive an email 6 weeks to the day, since my appointment – reminding me I am due for maintenance. I work full time & am working on building my own business. I barely remember to eat everyday let alone to get my hair done! This is such a helpful thing for me, to remind me & the girls are always able to fit me in, no matter how difficult I can sometimes be with my schedule. My hair is quite thin, so the girls have just been exceptional at changing their technique in applying the extensions; to suit my hair & comfort needs. Their attention to detail, flexibility & support are just some of the reasons why I will always keep coming back.

 

What would you say to someone else thinking about visiting the Emilly Hadrill salon?
Don’t even think about it; just do it. I walked into that shop 4-5 years ago & have never looked back. I used to live over 2 hours away from the salon & yet would make that drive, every six weeks, just to see the girls. I would not let anyone else go near my hair or apply my extensions & I couldn’t be more serious. If that isn’t testimonial enough to how absolutely incredible Em & her team are & convince you to pick up the phone & make an appointment; you obviously don’t care much about your hair & looking on fleek!
