Salon Policies

• A $49 deposit is required to secure a consultation with a senior stylist, fully redeemable if you decide not to proceed with a service.
• A deposit is required for all services
• All deposits remain valid for 6 months if appointments are rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.

• All bookings require a deposit to confirm your appointment. Your time slot is not guaranteed until this payment is received.
• A reminder text will be sent one week prior to your appointment.
• Appointments without a paid deposit at least 5 days prior to your appointment may be cancelled.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may result in losing your deposit.

• Our tiered pricing reflects the skill and experience of our stylists. Prices may vary between salons.
• Saturday appointments incur a 5% surcharge to support higher staff pay rates.

• Unopened retail items can be exchanged within 7 days with a receipt.
• No refunds for change of mind on Hair Extensions or Hair Extension services.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay, and ZipPay. Some cards may incur a surcharge.
